GRADUATION!!!!!!
Kaylee had her Pre-school graduation tonight. She was so cute in her cap and gown. Not to mention she was the one singing the loudest when her class got up and sang. It was so cute! We took lots of pictures and a few videos of her from the night.

OH! How Time Fly's
Seems like this year is just strolling by fast and time gets away from you. Life around our house has gotten pretty busy. Kaylee is finishing school while I am trying for my Real Estate License. Autumn is in to band aids now and Drew is well....still Drew. "He is our bestest dad", as Kaylee would say.
Til then.....

REAL ESTATE
Tonight I had my 1st class for my pre-licencing for Real Estate. I LOVE IT! The teacher (Larry Carroll) is great! He is so funny and I can tell this is going to be a great class. Can't wait for class tomorrow. -- I have classes for the next five weeks three days a week on Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday. I'm so excited........
Kindergarten Open House
Today was Kaylee's registration for Kindergarten. It was nice being able to go around the school and meet all the different Kindergarten teachers. At this point we do not know which one will be Kaylee's teacher but will know later on. They have here in Alabama what they call the phase in program and so Kaylee will only go 1 day of the first 3 days of school for her "phase in". That is where the kids get to attend class with a few other students and meet the teacher, then on the four day all the kids will go to class. It makes the transition easier for the kids so they say.

Jacob Swift
Today Kaylee got to go to Jacob Swift's Birthday party. It was at Chuck E Cheese. The place was packed and kids were every where. Kaylee and Jacob ran around all over the place laughing and playing. Such a great day! Love to watch her play together with her friend. ~A mother is as happy as her saddest child ~ unknown.

Easter Sunday
The kids had a great Easter again this year and looked so lovely in their Easter dresses. Not to mention the Easter bunny was great to them! As we went out to the car to go to church we found that some one had Easter egged our yard with colorful eggs and baskets and rabbits. The kids just went wild. What a great morning for them. In return this made us late to church which I felt bad about but I always say, live in the moment because they don't stay young very long.

Donna's Surprise!
Today is the day I am helping a friend out for his wife's __ Birthday. Remember the couple I told you about that we meet at the skating rink, well it is for his wife's Birthday which happens to be a day before mine. Coincidence? Think that is weird, her husband and Drew's Birthdays are a day apart as well. What is the chance meeting another couple with similar Birthdays?

Skate Camp
Kaylee started skate camp today. Since we have been going skating the last few months on Saturdays we thought that it was time for her to go off on to skate camp and develop more skate skills and tricks. So far she likes it.

I'm a BIG Girl Now!
Today was the first time Autumn has slept out of her crib. (That is for naps and sleeping at home) We just bought her a toddler bed and she took her first nap on it today. She had a little bit of a problem getting to sleep but after she did she had a great long nap. Looking forward to having her in a Big Girl bed now. She is excited about sleeping in a big girl bed so I hope that she likes it from now on.

Saturday Feb 23, 2008
For the last few weeks we have been taking the kids roller skating every Saturday for the "Tiny Tots" and the kids get in for $2.50 each and Drew and I get in for the same. That is great since we all have our own skates and there is no need for rentals. Drew and I quickly found that the rental skates where just to uncomfortable so we invested and got our own. We go every week and we love it. Today's family activity to the local skating rink went well. After only 6 times of skating, Kaylee is surpassing her mother at skating. (I have Autumn duty most Saturdays so I skate little to non with her level of interest at this stage) I have not been skating since I was younger and we found that Kaylee enjoys skating, so every Saturday we take her skating and she is loving it and so much faster than me. I can not seem to keep up with her. We ended the day short this time on account of a careless and reckless skater who clothes lined Kaylee and feel on top of her. She is fine now and still has the desire to continue to go skating and wants to go back soon. We have met a very nice couple who also have two girls and they have been coming every other Saturday instead of every Saturday like we do. I hope to get to know them better. I know that Kaylee has really taken a liken to the mother.
